Delivery information.
All wine orders are despatched from our warehouse partner’s premise. Delivery of orders are made Monday – Friday to any mainland U.K. address for a fee of £15.95. All wine must be purchased and signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the goods may be retained by the delivery company, in which case they will leave notification of attempted delivery for the customer to rearrange delivery at a more convenient time. In these circumstances, if the company has to re-deliver the goods, a further delivery charge may become due and payable by the customer. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any wines that have not been signed for.
For our deliveries, we use double walled cardboard boxes with inserts to secure and protect the bottles. The inserts are made of recycled material and are compostable and the boxes can be recycled or re-used.
